  • No. Dietitians are not qualified to diagnose medical conditions. If you believe you may have celiac disease or gastroparesis, please work with your doctor to pursue an accurate diagnosis.

  • Pomona offers medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to individuals who have been diagnosed with gastroparesis. Please visit the MNT page to confirm you live within our service area and book a telehealth appointment.

    We are not publicly offering MNT for celiac disease at this time, but if you have celiac disease and are interested in MNT please let us know!

  • Pomona is here to serve celiac and gastroparesis patients of all ages. That said, you must be 18 years of age or older to register for the Crash Course or book an appointment for medical nutrition therapy (MNT). Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during telehealth appointments.

  • Pomona does not accept insurance. All services are self-pay. However, medical nutrition therapy (MNT) services may be eligible for reimbursement from a health savings account (HSA).

  • The Celiac Crash Course will likely be available in Fall/Winter 2024. Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when registration opens!
