Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully.

When you book an appointment for medical nutrition therapy (MNT), there is a lot of work that is done behind the scenes in order for Regina to prepare so that she can provide you with stellar service. Additionally, you are holding a space on her calendar that is no longer available for booking by other clients who are hoping to be seen.

In order to be respectful of our team and other clients, if you are unable to make your appointment please text us at (302) 212-0888 and/or email us at hello@pomonacare.com as soon as you know you have a scheduling conflict. We have a 48-hour rescheduling policy, but in the event of a last-minute emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. All services are paid in advance, as the work that is done to prepare for a client is done regardless of whether you show up for your appointment or not.
